What are your opening hours?

We're open Tuesday 9am–5pm, Wednesday 9am–9pm, Thursday 9am–5pm, Friday 9am–5pm, and Saturday 9am–3pm. Closed Sundays and Mondays.

How do I book an appointment?

Book online 24/7 via our website, enquire via our online booking system and request a call back, call us on (07) 3482 4811, message us on our socials (Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok as we check these daily) or fill out our complimentary consultation form for extensions and colour consultations and we'll contact you!

Do you offer payment plans or buy now pay later?

Yes - we accept Afterpay and Zip Pay through Salon Pay, Australia's hair and beauty specific buy now pay later platform. You can split the cost of your appointment into easy, interest-free instalments. Just let us know at the time of booking that you'd like to pay via Afterpay or Zip Pay.

Do you do colour corrections from box dye?

Yes - box dye corrections are one of our specialities. Removing and correcting at-home colour takes real skill, so we always recommend a complimentary consultation first to assess your hair and plan the safest path to your goal.

Are you good with vivid/fashion colours like pinks and blues?

Absolutely - vivid and fashion colour is what we're best known for. As Danger Jones colour ambassadors, our stylists create everything from soft pastels to bold neons, pinks, blues and multi-tone blends, while keeping your hair as healthy as possible.

What's the difference between your extensions and tape-ins?

We exclusively use our own Premium Hair Extensions - premium wefts, custom-coloured and fitted to your hair. Compared to tape-ins, wefts are loved for being comfortable, long-lasting and ideal for adding serious length and volume. At your consultation we'll recommend the best method for your hair and lifestyle.

How do I look after my hair extensions at home?

Use sulphate-free products, brush gently with an extension-safe brush, tie your hair up before bed, and keep heat away from the wefts. Your stylist will give you a personalised aftercare and maintenance plan at your appointment.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, all major credit and debit cards, Afterpay, and Zip Pay. Afterpay and Zip Pay are processed through Salon Pay - Australia's leading buy now pay later platform built specifically for hair and beauty salons.

What is Salon Pay?

Salon Pay is a buy now pay later platform designed exclusively for hair and beauty salons. At B'Me Hair we use Salon Pay to process Afterpay and Zip Pay payments, meaning you can use your existing Afterpay or Zip Pay account to pay for your appointment in easy interest-free instalments.

How much can I spend using buy now pay later?

Through Salon Pay, clients can access up to $1,200 for hair and beauty services. This makes it perfect for larger appointments like hair extensions, balayage, or vivid colour transformations.

Is there any interest on Afterpay or Zip Pay payments?

No - both Afterpay and Zip Pay through Salon Pay are completely interest-free. You pay for your appointment in small, manageable instalments with no hidden fees and no interest, ever.

Do I need to let you know in advance if I want to use Afterpay or Zip Pay?

No - you don't need to let us know in advance. Simply choose Afterpay or Zip Pay at checkout when you're ready to pay and we'll process it through Salon Pay for you.

How much does balayage cost at B'Me Hair?

Balayage packages start from $350 depending on hair length, thickness, and stylist. All packages include toner, deep conditioning treatment, and a precision cut and style.

How much do hair extensions cost?

Hair extensions start from approx $900. Final pricing is confirmed after an in-person consultation. We exclusively use our own Premium Hair Extensions - our own premium brand developed by salon owner Holly Sharpe.

How much do highlights cost?

Half and full head highlight packages start from $430, including toner, conditioning treatment, cut and styling.

Do you do colour corrections?

Yes - colour corrections are one of our specialities. Pricing varies depending on your current hair and desired result. We recommend booking a complimentary consultation first.

What is a Nanoplasty smoothing treatment?

Nanoplasty is a formaldehyde-free alternative to keratin treatments. It eliminates frizz, deeply hydrates the hair, and lasts up to 6 months. Safe for all hair types including coloured and chemically treated hair. Starting from $380.

What hair extensions do you use?

We exclusively use our own Hair Extensions - a luxury brand developed by salon owner Holly Sharpe, designed for superior quality, comfort, and longevity with a natural look and feel.

Do I need a consultation before getting hair extensions?

Yes. We offer a complimentary no-commitment consultation with Holly or our team before any extension appointment to ensure we match your hair perfectly and recommend the right extension type.

How long do hair extensions last?

With proper care, our Premium Hair Extensions typically last several months before a maintenance appointment is needed. Your stylist will advise a personalised maintenance schedule at your consultation.

We use and stock a range of professional salon-exclusive products. Holly Sharpe is a proud Danger Jones Ambassador and Educator, and we use Danger Jones colour as part of our vivid and fashion colour services.
