Founded by Holly Sharpe, B'Me Hair has grown into one of North Lakes' most loved premium salons - built on nearly a decade of passion, creativity, and serious hair expertise.

Our talented team of stylists includes Master Stylist Jade, Senior Stylists Paige & Krystal, and our rising Next Gen Stylists Steph, Lilly & Charlie.

Together, we specialise in stunning colour transformations, precision cuts, hair extensions, and smoothing treatments - there's nothing our team can't achieve.

Jade

Master Stylist

With 14 years in hairdressing and barbering, Jade is our Master Stylist who lives for blonde foiling, vivids of every shape and kind, and a razor sharp bob.

She is a Danger Jones educator with her own stand under her belt, and she will happily explain why hormones and medicine matter more to your hair than Dr Google does.

Expect good music, plenty of yapping, and real creative freedom if you hand her the reins.

Outside the salon she is deep in Pokémon, SHINee, and cuddles with her labradoodle Inu.

Fun fact: eight years of study has made her somewhat fluent in Japanese.

Krystal

Senior Stylist

Krystal is a Senior Stylist with 5 years in the industry and a background in beauty therapy before that, so she understands the whole picture.

High impact blondes, vivid colours, and extensions are where she shines, and bold and bright is her signature.

Her dream appointment is a client who hands over creative control and comes in with realistic expectations, because a great transformation is a partnership.

She reads the room, keeps it authentic, and genuinely loves what she does.

Outside the salon she is a die hard wrestling fan who flew to Perth to see WWE live, fuelled by caramel iced lattes with extra caramel.

Paige

Senior Stylist

Paige just hit 10 years in the industry this September, and B'Me was her dream salon long before she worked here.

Vivids and blondes are her thing, bright, loud and edgy is her signature, and her favourite appointment is the one where you say "do whatever you want", even a blind reveal.

She is super chatty and will happily talk you through why a big transformation sometimes takes a few sessions and why your medication affects your hair more than you would think.

Outside the salon it is rodeos, cowboys, and cuddles with her sausage dogs Macie and Frankie.

Fun fact: she has met Harry Styles. Iconic.

Scarlett

Senior Stylist

With 5 years behind the chair, Scarlett is a colour specialist through and through.

Reds and coppers, lived in blondes, rich brunettes, grey transformations, and full day colour corrections are her happy place.
She reads the room, keeps it honest, and would rather teach you about your hair than sell you something.

Outside the salon she is at the gym, out camping, or deep in her aquariums with her cat Lochy.

Fun fact: in kindergarten she decided she would be a hairdresser with red hair. Both came true.

Steph

Next Gen Stylist

Steph was a client of Holly's for seven years before she picked up the scissors herself, so she knows exactly what it feels like to sit in the chair.

Now at the end of her apprenticeship and qualifying this October, she is a soft, styled to perfection kind of stylist with a real love for extensions and a bleach and tone.

She takes her time and she takes it seriously, which is exactly what you want in someone doing your colour.

Expect a good yarn and a whole lot of care.

Outside the salon she is a mum of three, wrangling two border collies, and happiest at Bribie on the water with a box of doughnuts.

Charlie

Next Gen Stylist

Charlie is in her third year of her apprenticeship and she has done the whole thing right here at B'Me.

She jumped at hairdressing because she has always loved anything creative and hands on, and she is currently working on a bit of everything, with blowdries and colour her favourites.

She reads the room, keeps the energy up, and is usually the one making sure your coffee and your playlist are sorted.

Outside the salon she is on an early morning hike, out bush with a campfire and a Bluetooth speaker, or deep in a book. You will likely meet her before you meet your stylist.

Lilly

Next Gen Stylist

Lilly is our first year apprentice and has been with us since the start of 2026. She is all about the finish, blow outs and curls in particular, and she is currently chasing the perfect dead straight blow dry.

She is loyal, funny and extroverted, and she is here for the vibes and the great hair.

Outside the salon she is with her family, her best friend, her dog Mollee, or in bed with a movie and a lot of snacks. She is one of the first faces you will see when you walk in.
